Eagle Process:

  1. Turn in the Eagle Application, Workbook, and Life Statement to the Council Service Center. Examples of these are listed below.  Letters of Reference are optional and can be turned in as well. Acceptable methods of submission: Visiting the Service Center or scanning to
  2. If there are any errors, the Scoutmaster will be contacted
  3. After the Eagle documents are checked, an email will be sent to the Eagle and Scoutmaster letting them know the date and time of the Board of Review
  4. At the Board, the Chair will tell the Scout to send the signed 2-page application to the Service Center for processing (Exception: If the Board was conducted through Zoom, the Chair will send a scan/picture of the signed application to the council)
  5. The Council will submit the signed application to National BSA, and the Eagle packet will be ready 12-14 days after submission
  6. The Scoutmaster will be contacted to either pick up the packet or have it mailed
