2024 NEW PROCESS FOR UNIT AND MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

As you may be aware, beginning March 1, 2024, we will transition into new unit and member renewal processes. Membership renewal will be a separate process from unit renewals. We are excited to implement these processes as they will streamline renewals and increase efficiencies for units and their leadership.

The new member renewal process includes an auto renewal feature for members. Units have the option to sign up for unit pay for their renewing members should that be your preference. The system will allow you to select if you prefer to pay for just the youth, just the adults, or all members.

However, as the leader, you should sign your unit up ahead of time for this unit pay functionality. This feature is available now, and all units that wish to take advantage of this feature should sign up now ahead of the auto renewal notices that will begin February 15^th.
